Introduction

The journal is Open Access and adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative: https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/read/. The journal allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and allows readers to use them for any other lawful purpose. The journal does not charge the authors any fees.

 

Copyright policy

Authors transfer copyright to the journal upon publishing. The responsibility for the content of each paper is solely upon the authors. Accordingly, neither the Academia Oamenilor de Știință, nor its publishing house, their officers, members of the editorial board, are responsible for the accuracy of any published paper. The journal applies a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0) license model which is described in detail here https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/4.0/.

 

Reviewing policy

All papers will be subjected to peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. The detailed requests about paper formatting and layout are provided on the AOSR Annals – Series on Economy, Law and Sociology website. A blind review process will be used, employing 2 scientific reviewers. The reviewing process will address the following issues: paper importance in the field, clarity of the problem statement, the novelty of information contained in the paper, the adequacy of title, abstract, illustrations, tables, results interpretation, presentation and style, references, and language quality. The author(s) will be notified about the outcome via email, using the declared address.

 

Submission policy

Regarding the status of the papers received for publication, the corresponding authors will receive the decision of the editorial board only by email. The editorial board reserves its right to answer only to the messages that include the minimum identification information of sender.
The editorial board reserves its right to present to the authors the decision to publish or not the submitted papers and to address briefly only the critical issues that eventually do not meet the AOSR Annals – Series on Economy, Law and Sociology requests for publishing.

AOSR Annals – Series on Economy, Law and Sociology is seeking to publish profound, rigorous, well-written, high-quality, high-impact papers to generate discussion, debate, fresh perspective. Therefore, ethical integrity is essential to writing and publication.
